Misty Moon

Misty Moon

"Misty Moon" born and raised on Long Island, NY. We moved to Berkeley Springs, WV 17 years ago with our two children. I have worked as a teacher and home visitor for Head Start as well as providing a summer camp program for several years. Currently, I enjoy spending time with my family - married 30 years. We have three beautiful grandchildren and they spend lots of time with us and keep us busy.

In my spare time my favorite thing is riding the Sleepy Creek Mountain on horseback with my favorite friends. At home I keep busy in my gardens.

At "Down Home Country - 92.9" I look forward to requests that come in. I am a people person and love the music we play. So call me!

Scott P

Scott Pauley

Scott was born and—fed—in Southern West Virginia, a proud native of Lincoln County.  Scott began his radio career in Charleston, WV as an intern in 1992.  He worked his way up ladder to actually getting paid for working.

Scott got his big—on-air—break as a traffic reporter for the lone Top 40 radio station in Charleston.  He served in that capacity until he forgot to report a sighting of the infamous Mothman, which caused a freak blizzard in August.  The storm caused a chain reaction crash involving only Volkswagon Rabbitt cars.  (Always wondered what happened to them.)

Scott worked for (and fired from) just about every station in Charleston. He has also been featured on stations in Savannah, GA, Myrtle Beach, SC, Buskirk, KY, Bluefield, VA and of course Berkeley Springs, WV.

Scott enjoys entertaining folks in a humorous, clean fashion—while playing some music every now and then.  If you can keep him quiet long enough you just might hear your favorite country music of yesterday and today on WDHC Country 92.9.

Scott has two rat terriers—Snooks and Minnie—and is married to Cassie.

Lee Sheldon

Lee Sheldon

Lee was born on the planet “earth” a long time ago and has spent most of his adult life there….He is still married to his first wife and lives in Hancock, Maryland, U.S.A., Planet earth!!

Lee Sheldon comes to WDHC after a 15 year career in law enforcement in York, PA and Hagerstown, MD. However, he has a lot of radio experience too, having worked in the radio business in Cumberland and Hagerstown, Maryland and he dominated the airways for many years in York, PA.

Lee’s parents live in Hamsphire County, WV and listen to WDHC every day to hear what their son will “say next" (they are never quite sure), and of course they are always hoping the next song will be George Jones.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys baseball and spending time with his wife, daughter, parents and his baby girl “Shuka”. His baby girl is actually a German Shepherd, but he refuses to accept the fact that she is not human. (R.I.P Dakota 2002-2009 we miss you).

After being out of the radio business for a while, Lee is happy to be back and very excited about working at WDHC!
